The Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) provides continuous monitoring of technical security systems at remote premises – including intruder, panic alarm, fire detection, as well as medical and care systems. Through a secure digital connection, our operators receive real-time alerts, monitor system functionality and respond according to predefined protocols.
How it works:
- Building systems (alarm, fire detection, panic alarms) send secure, digital alerts to the ARC.
- Operators process alerts and, when necessary, dispatch the intervention team or notify the police, fire brigade and ambulance services.
- Each property has a customised response protocol, including silent panic alerts, automatic system activation and monitoring of security arming.
- Medical and care systems allow users to request assistance immediately by pressing a button or wristband, while operators coordinate the appropriate response.

The intervention team is dispatched to the location, and if necessary, the police, fire brigade or emergency medical services are notified.
